In our full on and seemingly broken world it can be immensely difficult to listen to our heart, to its inaudible language and yet if we step into stillness, we can hear it, the wonderful signature of its beat, the deep well of love, the appreciation of the beauty of each moment.
Taking time to quieten down our outer busy-ness, to pause and listen to our heart builds a foundation for our outer being. Being that allows us to live explicitly from and through our heart. That allows us to make its inaudible language ‘audible’ in our actions and interactions through the love, kindness and compassion we extend to others.
As our practice grows the courage of our heart emboldens us to widen our field of love and compassion. The passion of our heart prompts us to become more active in our contribution to building a better world. The flame burning within us attracts others to join in service of the greater good.
