Underpinned by an extraordinary faculty of conscious leader practitioners 'The Heartful Leader Programme' will provide the space and stimulus to enable you to find your next leadership steps. Conscious Leadership requires us to connect what's in our heart and soul with the outer practices we deploy to effect change.
Becoming an uncommon leader
This practical, 9-month programme invites you to discover more of what's in your heart and soul and how to create the bigger impacts needed as well as connecting you with like-hearted peers, amplifying impact in service of a better world.
You are:
an effective and experienced leader, yet you know that a bigger impact is needed.
You feel ready to make a bigger contribution to the world, personally and in the leadership of your organisation.
In this seemingly broken but beautiful world you want to step forward and play a your part in creating change and transformation.
Despite all that we apparently know. Despite all the development programmes, videos, TED talks, books, journals, articles.
Despite decades of investment of time, money and effort, it seems that Leadership is still not capable of addressing the moral, societal and environmental injustices in our world.
But there are also moments of light. Individuals we encounter in a local setting, or global figures we see from afar, that stand out.
Individuals who shine more brightly and seem to embody something that magnifies their impact.
Uncommon leaders who stand for something, and who make a difference. Uncommon leaders who have found their inner light and have the skills and bravery to use it.
Your heart knows that leading from a higher consciousness is key to your future role in the needed transformation.
Conscious Leadership requires us to connect what's in our heart and soul with the outer practices we deploy to effect change.
The Programme
The Conscious Leadership Programme is for those who know that more is needed from them now and want to explore what that means.
It's different because it takes as read that we all know how to lead, really, but that to do it well we need to be able to draw on far more than a few fancy tools and models.
It's for you if you're frustrated with the lack of meaningful development opportunity in the marketplace and are thirsty for more.
This programme will ask a lot of you, though, both in terms of the time commitment and your emotional commitment to the learning process. But you will find more of you in that process, and a well of resourcefulness in this extraordinary learning community.
You’ll be working with like-minded and like-hearted leaders who have a passion for shaping a better future and are seeking the tools and approaches to make a significant difference in how they lead and its impact in the world.
