Of course I hear you say! Aren’t we all under pressure – many feeling they are all but living in a pressure cooker – whether it’s in the workplace, home lives or nationally/globally.
And yet…can you feel it? That sense of something coming – something new that is emerging. A different type of pressure perhaps?
I realise that many people who read this may not give much credence to astrological insights and yet, there are some very interesting ‘invisible’ energies that help provide context and guidance if we are open to them.

We are about to enter the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse – very auspicious. We are also experiencing similar energies to those present at the time of the French Revolution in 1789. Transformative.
So what?
Well, the Fire Horse is inviting us to prepare to move – forward, towards… with courage, allowing its energy to burn away fear and go forward with trust. To access our past wisdom and be guided by our deeper knowing. It will feel like a pressure to go forward to something very different to before.
And then there’s the wider astrological picture and the French Revolution. We can see revolutions emerging across the planet. Revolutions of infinite kindness, citizen voice, uprisings toward something better, a higher set of values and ideals.
So, as I reflect personally on these energies (and there is so much more to say about each of them), I ask myself about how I perceive my purpose on this planet, now, in this moment in history, as a leader? If I respond to the inner pressure, and I will and I must, in what way can I respond? What inner and outer revolution can I bring forward that will contribute to the higher purpose for Humanity? In my work? In my relationships? In every part of my leadership?
It’s a pressure that falls squarely within the scope of leadership and how we enact it. If each leader of goodwill chooses to lean into the powerful inner pressure to create something truly better, a new paradigm, imagine what a revolution that would be.
So, I leave you with this…how are you consciously embracing the mounting pressure and where are you directing your arrow of purpose?
