Steve Tarpey
There are two versions of Steve’s biography. The first maps his successful career in financial services, then moving into leadership development, training, coaching and consultancy, where has has worked with and for senior leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organisations around the world. His clients have ranged from major Financial Services organisations, to global NGOs, central and local government agencies and a range of church and para-church organisations. He is equally at home discussing strategic planning processes or exploring complex intrapersonal or interpersonal issues (and often a combination of the two!)
a clarity around where his gifts have potential for good (and an acceptance of his limitations); a shift in the role that ego plays in his life (which is a constant work-in-progress!); and an ability to connect with people without a mask, that encourages others to do the same.
