Living the principles of a conscious and spiritual life in daily life is the key for me and my consciousness journey has crossed many boundaries and traditions including becoming a Reiki Master, training in shamanic traditions, being a student (and mentor) of creative meditation as well as a student of esoteric spirituality including the work of Agni Yoga, Alice Bailey and Lucille Cedarcrans. Connecting business leaders and their organisations with their own higher consciousness is vital if we are to fulfil our obligations to future generations.

I’m lucky to have had two careers (so far). The first – 20 years in global transport as a senior executive/Director with British Airways and GNER. This career introduced me to the inner workings of business, group work and the power of purpose, meaning, relationships and culture in an organisation. Now, I run azzur, a leadership and organisational change consultancy where consciousness and spiritual philosophy is our touchstone.
Consciousness in business has been my vocation since the mid 90s. I collaborated on delivering the International Conference for Organisational Spirituality, co-founded the Foundation for Workplace Spirituality, led an international group dedicated to supporting greater consciousness in business and am in the process of having my first book professionally published on conscious leadership.
