He has researched and grounded his coaching and consultancy approach through his Master’s Research Degree in ‘Exploring the Role of Spirituality in the Workplace’ at Durham University Business School, where he researched the impact which Spirituality at work has on employee productivity, profitability and emotional well-being.
He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY. He is also an ordained UK interfaith minister and spiritual counsellor, which means that he’s committed to holding a safe, heartfelt compassionate space for all those he works with.
