  • To develop a range of resources to help embed workplace spirituality

– How has this evolved and what could it mean to you / your organisation?
How to develop/access Spirituality in the Workplace including case studies
– What practices are already being used by conscious organisations?  And what else could be done?
The role of the leader in fostering workplace spirituality
– What part can I play? How do I involve my team? How can we become the role models for this?
Looking to the future and embedding the progress already in play
– In what ways can ‘Spirituality’ become embedded in the workplace as a natural state?
